How often do you get new merchandise?

The ebb and flow varies throughout the year, but usually we receive a new truckload daily – and almost never less than once per week.

Can you call me when new deliveries come in?

No – but we do post pictures of all items except art and accessories on Facebook. Our Facebook is accessible to the public and it’s a great way to never miss a new delivery!

Does JLTM deliver?

Yes. From the model home to your home, the JLTM team takes care of your furniture. We easily handle most deliveries in our immediate vicinity, and have an extended service for larger and/or farther away jobs.

Are prices negotiable at JLTM?

You will find that prices are so low at JLTM that there is no need to negotiate. We diligently examine each and every piece of furniture, and the price usually reflects the condition of the piece. Keep in mind – even a brand new piece which never saw installation can be 40% off retail!

If I see something I like, can you put it on hold for me?

Yes! It is not uncommon for items to sell within minutes of arrival. Many of our items, since they are designer curated, are one-of-a-kind. This results in quite a bit of demand for our products. As a result – we can only hold for one hour whilst you are shopping.

Where does the furniture come from?

90% of our furniture comes directly from model homes of home builders throughout Southern California. The other 10% comes from furniture installation companies, designers, and manufacturers – all in the trade of supplying model homes with their products.

Can I consign my furniture with JLTM?

If we accepted furniture from the general public, then we wouldn’t be Just Like The Model! Unfortunately we must maintain the integrity of our supplies, and as such – we cannot accept used furniture.
