Because our merchandise moves so quickly, a catalog is not
necessary. We encourage you to stop by frequently.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, personal checks, and
cash.

Do you deliver?
We have a reputable service we can refer you to for deliveries.

Does Just Like the Model have a return policy?
All sales are final. However, we do offer a 24-hour trial
period for you to take home artwork and bedding to see if
it goes with your decor.

How do your prices compare to everyone else?
Our prices reflect a savings of typically 30% to 70% off
of the manufacturers suggested retail price. We're confident
that our prices represent extraordinary value for extraordinary
quality brand name furniture.

Can I place a special order?
Sometimes, though not usually. We never know just what our
inventory will be, but we can usually tell our customers
if the merchandise might still be available from the original
vendor.

When are you getting your next shipment?
We receive shipments weekly. The quantity can vary from
a few pieces up to several houses full of furniture, lamps,
art, silk plants, custom bed linens and accessories, and
more.

What are your business hours?
We are open Tuesday thru Friday, from 10 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
and on Saturday from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Can you place items on hold for me?
Yes, we can hold merchandise after purchase for up to
seven days.

Can I put merchandise on layaway?
Due to storage limitations, we are unable to offer layaway.
